Something not working?
Video buffers or freezes
Check your internet connection, then restart your app and your device. Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi if you can for steadier playback.
A stream will not start on another device
Each device watching at the same time uses one connection. Stop watching on another device, or choose a plan with more connections.
The app will not sign in
Check the TV login details ZYON TV gave you. They are separate from your member portal password. If they still do not work, contact ZYON TV.
Do I need a VPN?
A VPN is optional. Check your app and service compatibility before using one.
