We collect the information you enter in our forms, such as your name, email, phone number, device, and package choices.
2. How information is used
We use your information to create and manage your member account, show your membership and contribution history, respond to your requests, and provide support. On this preview site, contributions run in test mode (no real contribution is collected) and automatic email notices are not yet sent.
3. Cookies and third parties
Hosting may use cookies for sign-in. Payments run through Stripe in test mode, so no real contribution is collected; analytics services are not connected. When the support assistant is available to you, your questions and the matching ZYON TV help articles are sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model, to write an answer. Your assistant conversations are stored with your account so you can turn them into a support ticket, and authorized ZYON TV support staff can read them. We try to remove card numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and typed passwords before a question is sent or saved, but this is a safeguard, not a guarantee that every sensitive detail is removed. Never enter card numbers, bank account details, passwords or verification codes in the assistant or support tickets.
4. Security and retention
Your account and membership information is stored in our hosted database. Retention periods and the contact for data requests will be set before public launch.
5. Your rights and contact
Use our contact form to ask to access, correct, or delete your information. The final policy will identify the business and your applicable rights.
6. Children and international use
This service is for adults. Hosting may process data in more than one region.
7. Policy updates
This policy is a draft. We will publish the final version and effective date before launch.
