Membership Contributions — No Refund Policy

1. Contributions are final
Once successfully collected, membership contributions are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused service, cancellation, or plan changes.
2. Cancelling a scheduled change or automatic contribution
Canceling a scheduled plan change or automatic contribution stops future collection only when cancellation is completed before collection begins. It does not reverse a contribution already collected.
3. If a service update is unsuccessful
If a service update associated with your contribution is unsuccessful, contact ZYON TV so we can resolve it. You will not be asked to contribute again for the same order.
4. Rights that cannot be waived
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
